ROCK Leadership Team


Tim and Janet Johns are the founders and leaders of Rock Solid Urban Impact and ROCK International. They met at Tarkio College where they both received their bachelor's degrees. Tim went on to earn a Master's of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate of Ministry from Regent University. They have been married for 31 years and have two adult children (Alissa and Jason) both of whom are active partners with them in ministry. They are based in Kansas City, MO, but travel extensively, encouraging and facilitating the emergence of apostolic servant leadership and "Book of Acts" Christianity.

	Ryan and Kortni Kubicina are senior leaders and house church leaders at the ROCK. They moved to Kansas City in 2002 to be further equipped in Kingdom life after graduating from FIRE School of Ministry, and have been planting and overseeing house churches in the K.C. metro area. Ryan and Kortni met in high school in Warren, Ohio and later tied the knot in July of 1999. Since then they have been blessed with four children (and another on the way!).
